A Must Have Book!
Duck eggs are so amazing to work on with their lovely porcelain shells, but can be challenging if you don't know their particularities and differences. Thank you Cyn Smith for this wonderful book to help take the mysteriousness out of working with them. The book is well written and packed with wonderful practical advice, amazing color photos of completed duck eggs, as well as lovely and stories of Cyn's introduction to Pysanky and of the sweet ducks that provide her 'canvasses.' I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to work on these amazing eggs! Dorothy Johns (Feb 04 2017, 00:59 AM)
Duck Egg Book by Cyn
Wish this book had been available when I was struggling with duck eggs taking the dye. This book is a delight to read plus it answers all the questions about why duck eggs are usually hard to work with and What Not To Do to them before dying. (I was doing all of them.....scrubbing trying to get the egg white was #1 No, No). Thank you, Cyn, for sharing all your knowledge about your ducks and their eggs by writing this delightful book.Jo Ellen Grubbs (Aug 27 2014, 16:06 PM)
